Home Care Services

Domiciliary Care

With domiciliary care, you or your loved one can continue to stay in the place you feel most comfortable - at home. We provide ongoing support that’s completely built around your needs and routines. Our carers provide companionship, and support in exactly the way you need it.

Many families are opting for domiciliary care during the pandemic, as it's seen to be the safest type of care. Domiciliary care offers one-to-one support ranging from weekly to daily visits. This gives you the comfort and support to complete any tasks or activities you otherwise may not have been able to, whilst still keeping your independence.

Respite Care

Respite care is an excellent choice for anyone who needs a break from caring. This ensures you or your loved ones can remain comfortably in their own home, whilst the caregiver can have a break with the knowledge the person is being cared for appropriately. This eliminates the need to disrupt care by placing them in a residential hospice or home.

Care can be extremely taxing on the families, and can be difficult to sort and adhere to individual needs. People often harbour resentment when caring for a loved one or relative for a long period. These feelings can lead to burnout and impaired health for all involved. If you’re the main carer of the person you’re looking after, we can offer you an essential break from your caring responsibilities.

Day Care

Day carers will be readily available daily to provide support during waking hours. Day Care can be done alone or in conjunction with Night Care. When done alone, day care can be an excellent option for those who need more support during the day to complete the routines. This is often done for clients who have little to no need for support in the night.

When done in conjunction with Night Care, the day carer will work up until the night carer arrives, if advanced support is required when assisting with the night routine they may work together. This is often a much safer option if the needs are more advanced.

Night Care

If you or your loved one has night time care needs, this could be an ideal option for you. It can be quite difficult for a family member or care giver to provide support all hours of the night. This also poses many health & safety risks for the people involved.

When coupled with Day Care, you will have two carers working together to provide round the clock care. The day and night carers can overlap their shifts, where necessary, to provide additional support for those with advanced needs that require two people on hand.

Night care is an excellent option that allows a carer to provide safe, reliable care during night, whilst the person providing day care is resting. It will give you peace of mind knowing someone is there to provide all the support needed in the night.

24 Hour Care

24 Hour Care, or live-in care is for those requiring more in-depth care needs or companionship. This is often a more affordable option for those receiving multiple care visits during the day, or paying an hourly fee to a domiciliary carer. The carer would live with you and be ready to support you all day. The carer can help with daily care needs, and any household tasks.

Long-term live-in care often consists of a small team of carers who will work on a rotational basis, this allows carers to have time off without disrupting your care. Ideally carers will work in a 2-week, 4-week, or 6-week basis with a replacement carer covering the time off. This arrangement allows the carers and clients to form relationships and grow comfortable with each other.

Palliative Care

We understand that palliative and end of life care is not only about providing care in the last months of a person's life, but also about ensuring good quality of life for the client and optimal support for the family. Our carers can support people of all ages who are suffering with terminal conditions. We make it easier for those to remain in the comfort of their own home by supporting them at all stages from symptoms, diagnosis, treatment and onwards.

Palliative care aims to provide the best quality of life. Carers can help relieve the burden placed on you and your loved ones. We can help discuss and come to terms with everyone's feelings at difficult times whilst remaining objective and empathetic. In addition, carers can provide any additional needed support during periods of bereavement.
